Delivery and returns
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the Country and the applicable VAT rate of the shipping address. Click here to view an overview of the rates.
What is the delivery time?
We have a delivery time of 1 to 4 working days. If this is unexpectedly unsuccessful, we will inform you.
Is it also possible to pick up an order, so that I do not pay shipping costs?
Of course this is also possible. You can choose the 'Collect' option during checkout. We will process your order and notify you by email when it is ready.
I have received an email that my order has been shipped, when can I expect it?
Once you have received this email, your package has been given to the courier service. They will send you an email within 24 hours containing a Track and Trace code with which you can trace your package until it has been paid.
Can I also exchange/return the fabrics?
All fabrics that have been cut to size for you cannot be returned. Are you unsure about your choice? First order a sample of the fabric.
Do you also ship abroad?
We ship our products to the following countries: Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, North Macedonia, Albania , Greece, Bulgaria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland.
When do I not pay shipping costs?
This depends on the order value and the country of destination. In this overview you will find all “free shipping from” rates.
Orders
I have placed an order but want to change it
We request that you inform us of this as soon as possible. This can be done by telephone or e-mail to info@big-in-fabric.com.
Cancel the entire order
Did you make a mistake? Of course that can happen. Please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.
Is it possible to collect the fabrics?
That is certainly possible! Would you like to orientate yourself first or get help from one of our employees? Then feel free to come in. We are open from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00.
What is the minimum purchase?
The minimum purchase of fabrics is 0.5m or 1m, this is stated with the product. For the number of products such as yarn, it is 1 piece.
I'm not satisfied, what now?
All products that have not been cut to size for you can be returned provided they are returned in the delivered condition. Do you have other questions or problems with the delivered product? Please contact us and we will be happy to help you further.
Do you also send samples?
You can request samples of all our fabrics without prints. You can order samples by clicking “Request sample” on the product page under the shopping cart button. You can request five samples free of charge, but you only pay the shipping costs of € 3.95.
Can I buy from you as a company?
Are you a business customer and do you regularly need our products, or do you want to place a large order? Please contact us for the possibilities.
Can I also receive an invoice with my order with a detailed VAT statement?
You will receive an invoice from us as standard stating the total amount and the total VAT amount.
Can an iDeal order be cancelled?
If your order has not yet been cut to size, we can cancel your order. Contact us as soon as possible to see what is possible.
